According to provisions of the national standard GB/T 3098.2-2015 “Mechanical Properties of Fasteners Nuts”, bolts made of carbon steel and alloy steel have 7 types of mechanical properties under the condition of environmental dimension of 10鈩冿綖35鈩? They are 04, 05, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 respectively.
According to the provisions of the national standard GB/T 3098.15-2014 “Mechanical Properties of Fasteners – Stainless Steel Nuts”, under the condition of environmental dimension of 10鈩冿綖35鈩? the performance grades of nuts made of stainless steel are specified as follows:
Nuts made of austenitic stainless steels (including A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 groups) have mechanical property classes 50, 70, 80 and 025, 035, 040. (Note: The mechanical property grade marking of stainless steel nuts consists of two parts, the first part marks the steel group, and the second part marks the performance grade, separated by dashes, such as A2-70, the same below)
Nuts made of C1 group martensitic stainless steel have mechanical properties grades 50, 70, 110 and 025, 035, 055;
Nuts made of C3 group martensitic stainless steel have mechanical properties of 80 and 040;
Nuts made of martensitic stainless steel of group C4 have mechanical properties grades 50, 70 and 025, 035.
Nuts made of F1 group ferritic stainless steels have mechanical property classes 45, 60 and 020, 030.
According to the national standard GB/T 3098.10-1993 “Mechanical properties of fasteners – Bolts, screws, studs and nuts made of non-ferrous metals”:
Nuts made of copper and copper alloys have mechanical properties: CU1, CU2, CU3, CU4, CU5, CU6, CU7;
Nuts made of aluminum and aluminum alloys have mechanical performance grades: AL1, AL2, AL3, AL4, AL5, AL6.
The national standard GB/T 41-2016 “Type 1 Hexagon Nut Class C” is suitable for Class C Hexagon Nuts with thread specifications M5锝濵64 and performance class 5
The national standard GB/T 6170-2015 “Type 1 Hexagon Nut” is suitable for thread specifications M1.6锝濵64, and the performance grades are 6, 8, 10, A2-70, A4-70, A2-50, A4-50, CU2 , CU3 and AL4 grade A and B hex nuts.
The national standard GB/T 6175-2016 “Type 2 Hexagon Nuts” is suitable for A and B hexagon head bolts with thread specifications M5锝濵36 and performance grades 10 and 12.
The national standard GB/T 6172.1-2016 “Hexagonal Thin Nuts” is suitable for thread specifications M1.6锝濵64, and the performance levels are 04, 05, A2-025, A2-035, A2-50, A4-035, CU2, CU3 and Grade A and B hex thin nuts for AL4.

There are two types of fasteners. One is standard parts, such as DIN934, grade 8 hex nuts. The other is non-standard parts. If you want standard pieces, you can tell the standard, size, grade (material), coating and quantity. For example, you want to buy DIN934, M10, grade 8, galvanized and 20000pcs. If you want non-standard parts, you can show us samples, drawings or detailed instructions. Then our engineers will make technical drawings for you.

Price and payemnt
The price can be price/piece, or price/kg. We can quote EXW, FOB, CFR ,CIF with T/T, L/C, Western Union,etc. Or other ways agreed with customers.

Q3: Do you have enough outputs?

Third, our QC people will do inspection every 2 hours. If finding the bad parts, they will stop the porduction immediately.

Q5: How to ensure the safety of long-distance transportation?
A: We pack into cartons first, and then pack cartons on pallets. The pallet is very easy to lift by Forklift wihch will protect the cartons from damage. Professional packing teams which keep every packing safely.

A:One is standard parts, such as DIN933, hex bolts. The other is Non-standard parts. If you want standard parts, you can tell the standard, size, grade(material) ,coating and quantity. For example, you want to buy DIN933, M12X60,grade 8.8, zinc plated and 20000pcs.
