Arylboronic acids are important reagents for the construction of carbon-carbon bonds and carbon-heteroatom bonds. Especially, arylboronic acid esters have the advantages of high stability, low toxicity, and easy operation, and are widely used in the synthesis of drugs and active natural products. .In addition, in biology, material science and medical research, arylboronic acids have been widely used in carbohydrate sensors, enzyme inhibitors and nucleoside and carbohydrate transport carriers. The cross‐coupling of arylboronic acids and derivatives with DAST‐type reagents under mild and metal‐free conditions to directly afford sulfinamides in moderate to good yields. The reaction mechanism was investigated by 18O‐labeling experiments, and the synthetic utility was demonstrated by the sulfoxidation of natural products.
