Parameter Setting Function
The loading instrument can set loading parameters through remote monitoring computer or loading instrument according to loading requirements. These parameters include: flow coefficient, advance, valve opening delay time, fluid density, etc.
Quantitative Loading Control
After determining the working parameters of the loading instrument, the loading instrument will complete the automatic loading process according to the specified procedure. When the loading amount reaches the set value, the loading will stop automatically.
Grounding Protection Function
When it is detected that the system is not safely grounded, stop loading.
Power Failure Protection Function
In case of accidental power failure during loading, loading parameters can be saved and loading can be continued after power on.
Data Acquisition Function
The loading instrument can collect the pulse signal or standard current signal of the flowmeter, connect the temperature signal of the thermal resistance through the transmitter, and also connect the switch signal such as the electrostatic grounding clamp.
Valve Continuous Control Function
The loading instrument has the output function of PID regulation, which can linearly and continuously control the opening of on-site regulating valve, realize two or more section switch, constant current speed regulation and other functions, and provide control effect and precision.
On Site Emergency Stop Function
Emergency stop button is set on the loading instrument and remote monitoring screen. If there is an emergency on site during loading, the operator only needs to press the emergency stop button to stop loading immediately.
Remote And Local Real-time Monitoring Function
The loading instrument is equipped with a high brightness liquid crystal display screen, which can display the loading process and the status of related equipment in real time during local operation, and the remote monitoring computer can display the loading process and the status of related equipment in real time synchronously with the loading instrument during remote operation.
Remote / local loading mode conversion function
Generally, the truck can be loaded remotely through the upper computer, or directly on site according to the needs. In this system, each loading instrument is a complete measurement, control and display unit, independent of the upper computer.
Power Supply Function For Field Instruments
The loading instrument also provides power output terminal, which provides two types of power supply for field instruments such as flowmeter and valve, namely, 24 VDC and 220 VAC.
Communication Networking Function
The loading instrument is an open system with powerful communication and networking capabilities. It can be connected with the host computer and other systems in the form of Ethernet or RS485 network.
Equipment Self Check Function
