    Brief Introduction
Percutaneous kyphoplasty involves placing an inflatable balloon into the vertebral body through minimally invasive techniques. The balloon is inflated and expanded, and the fractured vertebral body is reset to create a safe and effective space in the fractured vertebral body. Withdraw from the balloon and infuse bone cement at low pressure to stabilize the diseased vertebral body. The bone cement can directly and firmly fix the microfractures in the vertebral body. In addition, the heat released during the polymerization of the bone cement can destroy the painful nerve endings and further relieve the pain.
    PKP Features
1.Minimally invasive surgery operation锛宺educe tissue damage and bleeding.
2.Operation is simple and fast, greatly shortening the operation time.
3.Local anesthesia can reduce the risk of surgery and postoperative complications.
4.Immediately relieve pain after operation, effectively restore the height of the vertebral body, and correct kyphosis.
    Kit Description
The whole kit includes the following instruments:
    Puncture Needle
    Drill
    Dilator& Working Cannula
    Guide Wire
    Bone Cement Filler
    Inflation Device
    Ballon Catheter
    General vertebroplasty surgical steps:
    鈼?nbsp;Puncture with puncture needle
鈼?nbsp;Pull out the needle core to change the guide wire
    鈼?nbsp;Withdraw the sheath
鈼?nbsp;Expansion cannula puncture up to the posterior 1/3 of the vertebral body
鈼?nbsp;Pull out the guide wire & the expansion sleeve, leaving the working cannula
鈼?nbsp;Insert the tip of the drill through the cannula to 3~4mm behind the anterior edge of the vertebral body (at least up to the anterior 1/3 of the vertebral body)
鈼?nbsp;Take out the drill and insert the unexpanded balloon through the working cannula to the front of the vertebral body
鈼?nbsp;Injecting contrast medium to expand the balloon
鈼?nbsp;Prepare bone cement and push in bone cement
